We started Abantu because software is most useful when it grows from a real understanding of the people and work it is meant to support. That means asking what is actually needed before deciding what to build.

We work best with people who want engineering involved in business conversations. We share what we see, explain trade-offs, invite challenge, and stay open about what is working and what needs to change. We want to become a trusted technology department alongside your team.

Abantu is founder-led by Sive Mwanda, Co-founder and Technical Director. Sive brings more than twelve years of software development experience, with a focus on frontend engineering, architecture, mobile products, integrations, testing, and technical leadership.
